I come across this on occasion where CME just wont keep time correctly. It just seems to 'drift' at times. Well, here is how you correct the time on the pohnes:
UC520#clock set 10:00:00 March 25 2013
.10:00:02.191 CST Mon Mar 25 2013
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
Creating CNF files
You just have to re-create the CNF files for the action to take place.
This is the retired Shane Killen personal blog, an IT technical blog about configs and topics related to the Network and Security Engineer working with Cisco, Brocade, Check Point, and Palo Alto and Sonicwall. I hope this blog serves you well. -- May The Lord bless you and keep you. May He shine His face upon you, and bring you peace.

Cisco CME/UC500: How To Set The Time/Clock On The Phones
Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom)
When you type create cnf-file, Does system created automatically the file?
If i change the time, is necessary reset the system?
How can i reset CME?
When you do a 'create cnf-file', it does this automatically. You would have to reboot the phones I think, if I recall correctly. Also, if you change the time, it 'should' update the phone for you automatically. Again, if I recall, as Im going on memory. If you want to reboot the CME, just type in "reload". If you want to wipe it clean and start again, just type "write erase".Delete
