Cisco UC500 Power Sensitivity

Maybe you all have not seen my posts about replacing a couple of UC500s before.  If not, here are the links to them if you are interested.

So here is the thing with this.  This one customer of mine has had their UC500 replaced I think seven times.  Yes, that is right.  SEVEN times.  It would appear that there is some sort of power problem at this customer.  This always happens when a storm comes through.  Every time (except this last time), no other equipment gets ruined except the UC500.  I have had this on a line conditioner.  I have this on a UPS.  No matter what I do, its the same story.
Has anyone else had this sort of experience before with the UC500s?  Id be interested in hearing about it.
