Cisco CUCM: How To Shutdown CUCM From CLI

I guess since my last post, I should write about the way you would go into CUCM and shutdown the server.  I always do this from CLI.  I suppose you could do this in the OS Administration GUI of CUCM, but I dont.  No reason, I just prefer CLI.  It seems quicker to me and I personally always prefer CLI anyway.  Just SSH into the CUCM server and type in the following:
admin: utils system shutdown

Then answer 'yes'.
The system will go down after a couple of minutes of shutting down services for a graceful shutdown.
