Brocade Switch: How To Put On A Premium License On A Stacked ICX6610

In order to do some of the advanced features on the ICX6610 switch, you have to have a Premium license.  In my case, I needed PBR (policy based routing).  So, I get the .xml license file and here is how I put it on.  First, lets look at a show version:
