Check Point: Power Switch Inconsistancy

Check Point makes a good firewall, but I dont understand this below.  I came up on a customer with two 4200s and a management station.  That management station is pictured first, then the two 4200s.  Why do they do the power switch to look differently?  These two units are in the "ON" position...  Seems odd to me.
