Cisco CUCM: Bad Upgrade Images

So this was a little frustrating.  When you just cant get that upgrade to work, it may not be your fault.  I went through 4 upgrade images before I got one that would work.  I kept getting the error message below, and man was this frustrating.  This cost me a lot of time trying to figure out what was going on.  But, it definitely was bad images that I downloaded from Cisco.  If you run into this, dont necessarily think its you.  It may be the image.
