Cisco Unity Connection: Uploading A Recording For A Call Handler
To me, its easier to just download the recordings from Unity Connection than to just rerecord them. I mean, finding someone to record all prompts over again is just a pain. So, download the wav files from the current UC, and upload them to the new one.
