Cisco Unity Express: Call Forward To Voicemail
I like use CLI as much as possible, except in Unity Express. Its just easier and by the time Im done with a CME, Im ready to be done with the project and ready to move on. So I do typically use the CUE GUI for configuration.
When you want to send traffic directly to voicemail, make sure you have the DID in the "Primary E.164 Number".
