Cisco Voice: UC500 Troubleshooting

In troubleshooting the other nigh a UC500, I couldn't find anything wrong with the phone system.  I called in, let it ring through both lines, and the voicemail out of office picked up.  See below.  You can see that the first line rings in, then it forwards to the second line when it has a CallFwdNoAnswer.

Before I call in, 0/1/2 and 0/1/3 are idle.
