Sunday Thought: Shem

Did you know that Shem, in the Old Testament Scriptures, personally knew at least two people that personally knew Adam? These where his family members. Don't you think Adam handed down the creation story to his kids, grandkids, etc? Of course he did. And Shem would have heard this story from Methuselah and Lemech, two people who would have heard it first-hand from Adam himself. There just isn't that much distance in time as we might think. Shem survived the flood, along with Noah and a very few others. Seems like he would have passed this story on as well, and he did.
This is just an interesting chart to me.
