Below is my pic of the week. Someone decided they wanted my power meter at the old 1935 house. If you don't know much about Birmingham, this is about what you should expect.
I don't know. People are dumb. But I hear it's people who had thier power turned off. They say it will come back on with another meter. I think the meter belongs to "individuals". Not real sure.
Geez...you have got to be kidding! Why do they do this...is there a market in used power meters??
